Basic pickup and return.
As part of the base warranty, parcel pickup is a complimentary additional service. The customer reports the detected fault to us in writing or by phone. The customer packs the faulty product and hands it over to the courier designated by Interbolt.eu. Our experts inspect the received faulty product, then repair the reported fault or, if necessary, replace the defective part within 14 days. The warranty on the product is extended by 12 months.

The customer reports the detected fault to us in writing or by phone. Our specialist contacts the Customer by phone to coordinate and requests the diagnostic report of the faulty product. On request, Interbolt.eu's server specialists help the Customer prepare the diagnostic report. Interbolt.eu's server specialists analyse the received diagnostic report and, based on it, send the appropriate replacement for the faulty part to the Customer for the next business day. Optionally, the warranty on the product is extended by 12 months.
NBD onsite and/or (+12 months, extendable)
Next business day on-site warranty at the Customer's premises.
The customer reports the detected fault to us in writing or by phone. Our specialist contacts the Customer by phone to coordinate and requests the diagnostic report of the faulty product. On request, Interbolt.eu's server specialists help the Customer prepare the diagnostic report. Interbolt.eu's server specialists analyse the received diagnostic report and, based on it, deliver the appropriate replacement for the faulty part to the Customer for the next business day. On Interbolt.eu's side, an expert service engineer delivers and replaces the faulty device at the Customer's premises at a pre-arranged time, on the business day following the report. Optionally, the warranty on the product is extended by 12 months.
The fee for the additional services provides, on top of the base warranty, a 12- and/or +12-month warranty extension calculated from the purchase. If the Customer does not take up the extended warranty at the time of purchase, the Customer can still order it up to 1 month before the base warranty period expires. Warranty period
Please note that, unless marked otherwise, the products distributed by Interbolt.eu Kft. are resold (used) products. Therefore the rules of Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) on certain durable consumer goods do not apply to the Products distributed by Interbolt.eu Kft. New products are an exception to this.
The warranty periods provided by Interbolt.eu Kft. for the individual products:
New products
For new products the mandatory warranty period depends on the product's purchase price: 1 year for a purchase price reaching 10,000 HUF but not exceeding 100,000 HUF, 2 years for a purchase price exceeding 100,000 HUF but not exceeding 250,000 HUF, and 3 years for a purchase price above 250,000 HUF.
For used products, as follows:

Hard drives – warranty replacement
For hard drives, warranty replacement is possible once the number of errors is sufficiently high, i.e. it reaches the threshold set by the manufacturer.
